However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped around her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past him and arrived home safely. The following day, she read in the newspaper that a Young had been killed in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there.
Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could be her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young women she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told she story. The police asked she if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before.
When the man was told that he had been identified, immediately he broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they can do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the police man asked him, he answered, because she was not alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her.
Amazingly there was angels by side her.
p.s. that is a true story!!

That is a fantastic story!!! Wow, Diane is brave!
Galya - I had an angel protect me - and someone else once. Here is what happened.
I was driving home and it was late and dark. I had to turn left onto my pretty narrow street. A car was there at the corner of my street waiting to turn right when I got by. I made my turn and for some weird (!) reason instead of making the turn well...I drove the car right up on the sidewalk! I was just exclaiming out loud, "What is the matter with you???" and wondering how I could have driven so carelessly when I saw that there had been a man on a bicycle who had been behind the other car. Getting tired of waiting and not being smart enough to think what the car might have been waiting for - he had ridden his bike right up into the lane I should have been turning into! If I'd made the turn in the ordinary way - I would have hit that man straight on! Instead the angel grabbed the wheel and put me up on the sidewalk! I pulled over and cried and laughed. It was amazing! I know your angel will continue watching over you!
